It's an election year. Voters will choose everyone from President down to sewer district commissioner. What is the best way to get information on the candidates? What information do you use to evaluate candidates? The Municipal League and Project Vote Smart are two organizations that evaluate candidates. We talk with them about how they do it and how you can use the information.
